Additionally, she was the child character in the film of Francis Ford Coppola's Youth Without Youth. The role she played was Yasim Awar in the BBC's 5 episode The Last Enemy miniseries. Marinca is a regular on Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven and the Romanian drama Boogie. In the movie Fury (2014) the actress appeared as Irma, the German woman who played Emma's aunt.
